Chicken Caesar Avocado Bacon Wrap

A chicken caesar salad wrap is delicious, no matter the time of year. Add to that bacon and avocado, and you take this wrap to a completely different level.  We like levels. It’s guilt free (sans the bacon, of course), it’s health conscious, relatively easy to make and it tastes delicious.

When I make this caesar chicken avocado bacon wrap, I use homemade croutons and homemade caesar salad dressing.  If you are interested in taking your caesar salad wrap to the next level, I would absolutely recommend following those recipes.

Proteins are optional!  While it’s hard to go wrong with grilled chicken, this caesar salad wrap also tastes amazing with grilled salmon! Definitely try it with grilled salmon.

Chicken Caesar Bacon Avocado Wrap

Bite into bliss with this Caesar salad-inspired wrap loaded with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tender chicken breast.

  • 1 Chicken Breast My Seasonings included Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Basil, Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Slices of Bacon, chopped
  • 1 Large Tortilla
  • Croutons
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or


  • Preheat your oven to 400°
  • In the oven, place your bacon and cook until crispy, or your preferred texture. This may take anywhere from 25-30 minutes.
    *Optional* :: If you are interested in making your own croutons, this would be a great time to also add your cut up bread pieces coated generously in olive oil and seasonings. You'll want to remove the croutons once crunchy.
  • Season your chicken breasts according to your preference and let rest briefly until room temperature.
    To a skillet on medium heat, add your oil of choice. Once hot, grill your chicken breasts on both sides, and allow to rest.
  • Chop your lettuce into slices and add to a bowl. To this bowl, you will also want to add croutons, and parmesan cheese. Drizzle your Caesar salad dressing, coating slightly heavier than normal.
  • Once your proteins are finished cooking, warm one tortilla until pliable and transfer over to a large space for prepping.
    Add chopped or sliced chicken, chopped bacon, the lettuce, crouton and parmesan mix and avocado to your tortilla. Lightly sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese and wrap like a burrito.
  • Wrapping Tips: Place all ingredients in the center.
    Take the two edges bringing them to the center and mash your ingredients flat.
    Take one edge of the burrito and bring it over the two edges, leaving no ends opened and tucking tightly to seal all the ingredients in the center like an envelope. Complete the roll and you are ready to eat!
