The mind is astoundingly powerful. The subconscious mind is the primal mind and manages every thought, every calculation, and any decision-making. Meditation & The Sacral Chakra
Concerning wellness, praises have been sung loudly about meditation and balancing chakras. Through meditation, you can release blocked energies, manage stress by nurturing physical and emotional well-being, improve brain chemistry by slowing down thoughts, and increase focus and concentration.
The sacral chakra sits just below the naval and is associated with creative expression, healthy emotions, intuition, the inner child, and the divine feminine. When the sacral chakra is blocked, it can feel like loneliness and isolation, anxiety, a lack of creative expression, and feeling detached from your own emotions. These blockages can make receiving the gifts associated with balanced chakras difficult. Movement, meditation with healing music, and breathwork all help to unblock your sacral chakra.
My favorite way to tap into my subconscious mind, which yields the fastest, most impressive results, is listening to subliminal messages and healing meditative sounds while I sleep. Just before bed, I take a pair of bluetooth sleeping headphones, find my desired video for the night and drift off to sleep playing an 8-hour YouTube video of meditative sounds or affirmations.

Listen to your intuition
Getting into the practice of listening to your intuition the first time is critical to exercising the muscle that strengthens your intuition. Your intuition serves as the interrelation between the conscious and subconscious mind. Your subconscious communicates with you by triggering instincts based on automatic cognitive processes meant to keep you safe. (Hello, self preservation!). The more you trust and rely on your intuition, the stronger it becomes.

Listening to subliminal messages or meditative sounds work so well at this time because while sleeping, the brain enters into the theta and delta state. Theta and Delta frequencies are natural brain levels for reprogramming, meaning the subconscious mind is stimulated. This ultimately means all those subliminal messages and sound frequencies being played through my headphones are being listened to by my subconscious mind.
My intention is to allow the subconscious mind to absorb any information, and eventually, with consistency, the conscious mind will accept the affirmations as fact. Those facts, consistently engrained into my subconscious, become my new beliefs. Voila!

I love this method because it’s the simplest and fastest way to impress upon the subconscious. Wellness research has concluded that positive changes in your thought patterns will improve behavioral changes. It’s no secret that the mind is supernaturally powerful. Our thoughts literally create our reality. It would be an extraordinary form of self-love to master our subconscious by feeding it the most positive and powerful messages.
